Colleen McGinn has ten years' experience in international affairs,
ranging from policy/advocacy work to managing humanitarian aid
operations in such trouble spots as Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, and
the Balkans.
She is an expert in human rights and humanitarian
programming, especially in Asian contexts. Born in the Indonesia,
she was raised in the US and Southeast Asia and is a graduate of
Ohio and Tulane Universities. She can speak French, Thai, and some
Indonesian.
