Meet ICF's New Board Member!

ICF is pleased to announce Rick Romney as the latest addition to our Board of Governors. Prior to becoming a board member, Mr. Romney served on ICF's Advisory Board. He started his career in real estate development in 1981 with Trammell Crow Company and was made a partner in 1984. He was one of the founding partners of Spieker Partners in 1987 and six years later he helped form Spieker Properties, a public REIT. He worked in Oregon and Washington for 15 years before moving to San Diego in 1996, where he established the Regional Office for Spieker Properties. Mr. Romney has operated as a private Real Estate Investor and Consultant since Spieker Properties' merger with Equity Office Properties in July 2001. He is also the co-owner of Mueller College of Holistic Studies.
