Lizbeth H. Flores
Lizbeth H. Flores

Lizbeth H. Flores is an attorney admitted to practice law in Mexico, California and New York. Her focus is in international corporate transactions, including cross-border investments in Latin America, primarily Mexico. She studied law school at Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico, and received her Master of Law degree from U.C.Berkeley. Ms. Flores served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded high-tech company in New York City where she worked on securities, corporate, and investment matters. She then joined Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP in San Diego, where she worked on international transactions before starting her own practice.

 

 
Dylan Forrester
Dylan Forrester

Dylan Forester has been interning at International Community Foundation since December 2008. He recently graduated from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) with a major in Political Science. Duties have included providing grant administration support to the Foundation’s program officers. While at the Foundation, Dylan hopes to better understand the relationship between international nonprofits and domestic donors.  In the future Dylan plans to pursue an advanced degree in Middle Eastern Studies.

 

 
Zach Myers
Zach Myers
Zach Myers recently joined the International Community Foundation from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he worked as a corporate and securities attorney.  Prior to working as an attorney, Zach was as an accountant and earned his CPA working in the audit department at Deloitte and Touche LLP.  Zach also has experience working on Wall Street with several prominent investment banks.

Zach received his B.A., with honors, from Claremont McKenna College.  He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law where he was named to the Order of the Coif.

 

 
Lian Pasimio
Lian Pasimio
Lian Pasimio volunteered with the International Community Foundation from January to March of 2009, as Assistant to the Director of Operations and Donor Relations. Lian was looking to transition from the corporate world to the nonprofit sector. She was eager get nonprofit experience. As a volunteer, Lian was a tremendous resource to the foundation with her years of experience in the hospitality industry (in Human Resources, Accounting and the Front Desk). She helped in drafting the foundation’s communications materials including brochures, website, mailing list updates and the annual report.

Lian graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University and speaks fours language. Lian has recently accepted a position as the Office Manager at the Center on Policy Initiatives here in San Diego.
