Patricia Alvarez de los Cobos is the principal founder of Energy Communications Corporation in San Diego in 1989, a representative of one of the leading and oldest Hispanic Media TV Stations in San Diego Tijuana Market, XEWT Channel 12 and XHUAA Channel 57 in Tijuana among others.  Her international experiences have allowed her to become the President of the leading Hispanic Marketing, Sales and Promotional firm in the region, representing the international interest of XEWT Channel 12 as well as twelve other Spanish-language Televisa TV stations and three radio stations along the U.S.-Mexico border.  She is a member of the San Diego Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Regional San Diego Chamber of Commerce, Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, San Ysidro Chamber of Commerce, The Chicano Federation, and the Small Business Development Center.

Patricia was born in Mexico City and has lived in San Diego for 20 years; she studied and resided in Mexico City, the United States as well as in Europe. She is married to Stephen Saunderson and has 3 children.
