Hong Shen Joins ICF’s Team…
 Hong
Shen joined ICF’s team as a Database Engineer and
ICFXchange coordinator to develop and maintain ICF’s
forthcoming online donor-grantee management solution.
Hong also assists ICF with its information systems
requirements and provides web-based support to ICF's
grantees overseas. Hong earned his Master of Science
degree in Computer Science from California State
University San Marcos (CSUSM) in 2004. He also holds a
Bachelor of Art degree form the University of
International Relations in China. Prior to coming to
ICF, Mr. Shen served as a Software Application
Administrator in the Barahona Center of CSUSM from 2002
to 2004. |
