Julieta
joined ICF’s team as Executive Coordinator
to support ICF's President & CEO in
expanding the Ties that Bind Us Program.
Julieta will focus on deepening ICF’s
relationship with the Latino immigrant community
in Southern California, primarily those
from her family's home state of Oaxaca,
Mexico. She is also in charge of media relations,
and the editing and publication of ICF’s
quarterly newsletter and annual report.
Julieta graduated with a Masters degree
in international development with a focus
on Latin America from the Graduate School
of International Relations/Pacific Studies
(IR/PS), UCSD. During her graduate career
she served as co-director for Strategic
Community Consulting, a consulting group
for nonprofits based at IR/PS, and as research
assistant for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation
(APEC), San Diego, in addition to various
consulting assignments for nonprofits. Julieta
also holds a B.A. in Business Economics
and Political Science from the University
of California, Santa Barbara.
