Dion Ward Joins ICF as Associate
Program Officer
ICF’s latest addition is Dion Ward, who joins ICF as the
foundation’s Associate Program Officer providing grantmaking
and due diligence in support of the foundation. Dion is
currently working with ICF on a part time status while he
completes his studies at the University of California, San Diego
(UCSD)’s Graduate School for International Relations and
Pacific Studies. Dion has over 1 ?years working with ICF as
an intern working to support the foundation with its needs
assessment for Baja California Sur and the foundation’s
grantmaking in migrant sending regions of Oaxaca.
Prior to joining ICF and his graduate studies, Dion worked in
the San Francisco Bay Area as Coordinator for the ? a Day?
campaign administered through the Nutrition and Cancer
Prevention Section of California Health and Human Services
targeting Latino youth; and as Public Information Manager for
the Arthritis Foundation focused on advocacy, outreach, and
education. Dion did his undergraduate studies at Pomona
College in Latin American Studies and is of Chilean-American
descent. |
