George P. Chandler, Jr.George P. Chandler, Jr. has assisted thousands of entrepreneurs with finance, tech assistance, innovation & research, international trade, procurement, etc. while serving as the District Director for the U.S. Small Business Administration in San Diego, CA since 1981. Prior to his current position, Mr. Chandler was the Director of NASA’s Scientific and Technical Information (STI) Program in Washington, DC, for the last 4 years of his 21 year career with NASA. Mr. Chandler has won several awards, including a number of community development-oriented awards, and serves on numerous committees and boards in the San Diego Region. Mr. Chandler is a graduate of the Masachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, and the University of Tennessee.
Mary Correia-MorrenoMary Correia-Moreno currently serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nuffer, Smith, & Tucker in San Diego, CA, where she oversees all aspects of client administration and reporting, as well as direct management of a number of the company’s large accounts. As a represetative of Foley & Lardner, a law firm, her branding knowledge and public relations and account management skills have positioned the law firm’s regional office as an example for other offices to follow, and has garnished many awards for the agency. Ms. Correia-Moreno is an active member of the San Diego community and has served on the board or committees of many non-profit organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Crime Victims Fund and LEAD San Diego.
Atul PatelAtul Patel is a graduate of the University of Wales, Great Britain. He worked and lived in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East before moving to the United States. Mr. Patel joined PriceSmart, Inc. when it began expanding operations into emerging markets in Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Treasurer. He brings with him to ICF a wealth of international management experience in the financial arena, in addition to strong analytical and communication skills, and he has demonstrated the ability to work with people across cultural and racial lines.
