Hong Shen joined International Community Foundation’s team as Database Engineer and ICFXchange coordinator to develop and maintain the online donor-grantee management solution at http://www.icf-xchange.org/. Hong also assists International Community Foundation with its information systems requirements and provides web-based support to International Community Foundation grantees overseas. Hong earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) in 2004. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree form University of International Relations in China in 1990. Mr. Shen has served as a Database Engineer for International Community Foundation since late 2004. And previously, he was a Software Application Administrator in the Barahona Center of CSUSM from 2002 to 2004.
