Hong Shen joined International Community Foundation’s team as Database Engineer and ICFXchange coordinator to develop and maintain the online donor-grantee management solution at http://www.icf-xchange.org/. Hong also assists International Community Foundation with its information systems requirements and provide web-based support to International Community Foundation grantees overseas. Hong earned his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) in 2004. And, he also holds a Bachelor of Art degree form University of International Relations in China in 1990. Mr. Shen has served as a Database Engineer for International Community Foundation since late 2004. And previously, he was a Software Application Administrator in the Barahona Center of CSUSM from 2002 to 2004.
