The International Community Foundation seeks an enthusiastic, driven and independent intern to provide support to the foundation's Director of Operations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist with the operations of the foundation:
- Data Entry: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Gift Management
- Special Events
- Help with Communications materials including brochure, website, annual report
- Board Relations: help coordinate Board meetings; Actionable Items
- Other duties as needed
Assist with development of ICF-Xchange:
- Update contact information and project profiles for ICF-Xchange website.
- Assist Mexican nonprofits in learning how to use the ICF-Xchange module and its importance.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree candidate related to international relations, social sciences, public policy, or other related fields, with a focus on Latin America.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent research, and written skills
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. Word, and Excel) and able to navigate and learn new programs quickly (i.e. FIMS, ICF-Xchange)
- Capacity to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects, and set priorities for a challenging workload
- Able to delivery assignments on time.
