The International Community Foundation seeks an enthusiastic, driven and independent intern to provide support to the foundation's Director of Operations.

Specific Responsibilities:      
    Assist with the operations of the foundation:

• Data Entry: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Gift Management
• Special Events
• Help with Communications materials including brochure, website, annual report
• Board Relations: help coordinate Board meetings; Actionable Items
• Other duties as needed

    Assist with development of ICF-Xchange:

• Update contact information and project profiles for ICF-Xchange website.
• Assist Mexican nonprofits in learning how to use the ICF-Xchange module and its importance.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree candidate related to international relations, social sciences, public policy, or other related fields, with a focus on Latin America.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent research, and written skills
• Excellent computer skills (i.e. Word, and Excel) and able to navigate and learn new programs quickly (i.e. FIMS, ICF-Xchange)
• Capacity to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects, and set priorities for a challenging workload
• Able to delivery assignments on time.
